What you do as a helpdesk employee in Rotterdam
As a helpdesk employee you are mainly involved in supporting users.
This can be done in different ways and according to different procedures, whereby you offer ICT support via e-mail, telephone and on location.
We ensure that you are well prepared for the client's environment, for example by means of training and certification.
This is entirely dependent on the client. Our clients vary from (international) startups to large organizations where you are part of a larger team.
