The Health Project Manager F/M role will work within the wider AXA Next Business Innovation Centre team.

Your role will be to successfully deliver selected strategic and impactful health service projects, in priority markets together with AXA entities, Group functions and the wider AXA Next ecosystem. Such projects will accelerate AXA’s objective to expand its health business.

Your main missions will be:

1.    Project Management
o    Lead with autonomy one or several projects
o    Deliver the expected project outcomes with quality, on timely and within budget
o    Define the project roadmap, governance, budget, streams and organization, in alignment with the respective entities and the Head of Health Services
o    Lead key milestones, deliverables and stakeholders’ engagement on specific workstream(s)
o    Coordinate the project governance and mitigate risks and raising key issues/alerts to his/her manager
o    Coordinate the projects budget in coordination with the Head of Health Services, manage invoicing topics and support financial/resources reporting

2.    Project team coordination
o    Identify the right expertise (internal or external) needed for the success of the project, including the support of AXA Next transversal teams (Finance, legal, compliance and HR)
o    Manage Business Analysts (internal or external) to drive the successful delivery of the projects
o    Coordinate the projects’ expanded team, composed of business and tech profiles from Next/Group/Entities/Agencies, with different levels of seniority and based in different international locations
o    The project health project manager will coordinate with AXA Next support functions to ensure governance and compliance (finance, DPO, CISO, legal, HR, America & Asia teams)

3.    Business analysis
o    Deliver ad-hoc business analysis on topics such as value proposition, customer journeys, business model, or replicable service components
o    Structure / formalize documents or memos (Executive level quality)
o    Build financial analysis in collaboration with other functions involved
o    Coordinate the selection of and delivery by external agencies when the business analysis is outsourced

4.    Stakeholder engagement
o    Drive effective communication between relevant stakeholders to achieve the agreed objectives
o    Develop pre and post-meeting stakeholder engagement
o    Define structure and content for project’s key meetings (e.g. Steering Committees or workshops)
o    Prepare and conduct autonomously meetings with peers (internal and external)

5.    Health Innovation knowledge sharing and synergies
o    Participate in and contribute to the success of the Health Coordination Meeting, which includes all AXA Next team members working on health projects
o    Identify best practices on his/her project to share with the innovation team
o    Share key takeaways on a specific health topic studied under his/her scope

 

QUALIFICATIONS

-    Experience in the Healthcare sector (traditional and nontraditional players and models)
o    Good understanding of different health ecosystems (medical providers, insurers, patients, employers, start-ups/digital players, services providers, governments)
o    Expertise in health insurance and services processes, technologies and organizations
o    Experience in Vertical Integration in healthcare is a plus.
o    Knowledge in health innovations (market trends, success factor to implement a new health product are essential, key players…)
o    Five years of experience or more

-    Project leadership experience:
o    International and multi-cultural context and transversal teams
o    Business/customer-led projects focused on value proposition, customer experience, service development, digital innovation/transformation projects, etc.
o    Experience in applying design thinking and agile methodologies
o    Ability to lead strategic and delivery planning, anticipate risks and define mitigation actions, identify interdependencies
o    Capacity to “manage the unknown” and to make progress embracing uncertainty and organizational change

-    Interpersonal skills:
o    Capacity to assist in driving change through the organization,
o    Fast-learner / adaptation skills
o    Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
o    Capacity to manage highly confidential topics

-    Presentation skills (oral/written):
o    Capacity to explain a concept and represent the team if needed/asked.
o    Ability to communicate complex information in English effectively in writing to all levels of staff, management and external customers across functional areas
o    Ability to verbally communicate complex concepts in English and address sensitive situations, resolve conflicts, negotiate, motivate and persuade others.

-    Language skills:
o    Fluent English and French. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
