Head of Strategy

Referment have partnered with one of the leading cross-border payments businesses globally to help find a Director of Strategy, to build out the company's network to secure partnerships to ensure maximum growth.

As the Director of Strategy, you will be responsible for expanding their financial partner network, achieving commercial outcomes and set / ensure delivery of KPIs and securing partnerships.

Key Requirements:

• Someone ideally who has experience working within Management Consulting for a McKinsey, Bain etc
• Experience leading multiple projects to rapidly analyse data, identify solutions and implement actions
• A background in payments / FX and / or a fast growing start up and are not afraid to get your hands dirty and pitch in where necessary would be advantageous
• Strong EQ and can work seamlessly across a global business to drive successful outcomes
