We’re looking for an experienced Head of Staff/HR to lead our people & culture team on all aspects of talent acquisition, human resources and executive assistance. Closely collaborating with our Founders and the team, you will take responsibility for defining and driving our people strategy.Your Responsibilities• Identifying barriers and bottlenecks within the company in close interaction with the teams• Leading the recruiting, hiring and onboarding process to scale and grow our company• Taking care about continuous employee development and personal growth• Taking care about employer branding and the team culture• Operational supporting the founders in internal and external day-to-day tasks• Collaborating with executive team members to structure company wide initiativesYour Profile• You have several years of professional experience with human resources and recruiting (at best in a high performance environment, e.g. start-up or management consultancy) and are a passionate HR generalist to lead the people & culture team on our way to 100+ people company• You have good knowledge in all areas of personnel and talent management as well as good knowledge of employment law• You have excellent strategic mindset, analytical skills and value the ability to measure the success of your work using key figures• You have experience with creating processes regarding "employee development"• You have the ability to diffuse challenging situations using strong interpersonal skills• You have the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent fluency in both English and German• You know that Java is more than an IslandInterested?
