Job Description

The Head of Sales will spearhead the sales initiatives of our Try Before You Buy solutions to retailers in the UK and prepare for our expansion into the US market.

The Head of Sales will be the first full time sales hire and will work closely with the founder to establish a scalable and repeatable sales process.

This role is critical for achieving our goal of tripling our growth over the next 12 months and establishing a robust sales framework to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing deals.
  • Develop and refine the sales strategy in collaboration with the founder, focusing on both immediate revenue growth and long-term opportunities.
  • Support the product teams in gathering feedback from the market in order to continuously improve the product offering.
  • Take ownership of the CRM building out insight and implementing best practises.
  • Longer term build and lead a sales to scale sales efforts to further growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong B2Bsales experience.
  • Previous success selling technology into retailers.
  • Worked in early stage environments.
  • Knowledge of the fashion and retail industries.
  • Hungry, ambitious and driven.
  • Excited by the opportunity to build a generational company.


  • £75k to £85k base salary
  • Up to £150k in on-target earnings
