We are looking for someone with a high degree of discretion, flexibility, speed and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information. Together with your team, you will form a smooth People Operations team that brings ViriCiti to the next level! You will be the backbone of the HR organization where structure, flexibility and execution power is key. As our Head of People your main focus is on creating the People Operations strategy on the short and long term and its implementation. You will be in charge of the whole employee experience. You will be directly reporting to the CEO and work closely together with the rest of the Management Team in order to translate ideas into policies and processes. This role offers a lot of diversity in tasks and responsibilities. You will play a key role for the growth of both our offices in Europe and the USA. You have the possibility to shape the HR & Talent Acquisition department together with your colleagues. An entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on approach are crucial to start your new adventure as Head of People!
- Organizational planning and guarding the hiring roadmap which aligns priorities with business objectives;
- Work closely with a dedicated team on HR initiatives and lead the operational part of HR, including employee policies, remuneration, benefits, and contracts;
- Work with leadership on engaging and nurturing our people, via benefits, training, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs;
- Ensure all employees are set up for long-term success at the company by listening and responding to their aspirations and concerns;
- Be a culture ambassador for ViriCiti internally and externally, ensure our current and prospective employees embody our culture and values;
- Maintain employee trust and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
You have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar role focusing on defining HR strategies and their execution. You have experience in optimizing performance management and training programs, preferable in a scale-up environment. Your communication skills in Dutch & English must be excellent and you have strong interpersonal skills. You like to improve existing structures and get excited about working in a young, international and ambitious team. Last but not least, you identify yourself as a ViriCitizen and you believe in our mission.

Our platform provides data-insights that operators use to extend the range of their vehicles, eliminate emissions and optimize electric operations. Since then, we have grown into market leader in the US as well as in Western Europe and have landed large projects all around the globe! Our ambition is high but the atmosphere in our team is informal and relaxed.
