Zeitgold empowers the owners to get bookkeeping, payroll, invoice payment, collections and coordination with the tax advisor done in less than 10 minutes per day on their smartphones, saving around 10 hours per week. Your role

• You work closely and directly with our founders to build the Marketing department of a fast growing startup
• You develop the Marketing strategy for Zeitgold, iterating on the knowledge that we have already collected and continue to do so
• You coordinate closely with the Sales department to ensure that lead quality and quantity are in line with company expectations
• You are responsible to generate leads though online and offline channels, in particular Facebook, Google, and other Paid Channels
• You are also responsible for the creative side of Marketing at Zeitgold
• You are building and managing the Marketing team, i.e. graphic designers and content creators
• You use performance analytics to understand every step of the conversion funnel and to independently optimize its various steps
• You conduct experiments in new lead acquisition channels, both online and offline
• You select, manage, and optimize the suite of tools, metrics, and processes used in the various Marketing channels

Your profile

• You have graduated from a top university with excellent results
• You have previous work experience in both highly analytical and creative environments
• You have relevant work experience in leading a Marketing department in a Startup
• You are excellent at both the analytical, performance side of Marketing as well as the creative side
• You have a solid understanding of the tools and processes required to build a successful conversion funnel
• You are a great project and team manager, leading people with very different backgrounds and tasks
• You love experiments to find out new approaches to Marketing and to Identify new lead generation channels
• You genuinely care about small businesses, the people who run them, and solving the particular problems they face
• You have read “The Lean Start-up” and couldn’t put it down
• You are fluent in German and English
