Sobus is a French startup founded in 2016. Our ambition? Create the first application that sells tickets for any means of transportation (bus, carpooling, train ...). To achieve this, we have started by bus, and now cover all Europe.
Our technology gives us 3 competitive advantages. First, SoBus is the only site in the world selling directly tickets on all companies in Europe. Then, our algorithms allow to create intermodal journeys by combining tickets. And finally, our UI / UX is one of the most optimized on the market.

As the Head of Growth of the startup, you will manage acquisition of qualified traffic while ensuring growth of conversion and retention rates, with an iterative approach and data-driven decisions. You will collaborate directly with the CEO and the R&D team.
The role is key in the success of the startup to achieve our 10x growth in 12 months.
In marketing, priorities are Product, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Public Relations.
* You will manage UX design optimization thanks to tracking and A/B testing tools ;
* You will manage natural traffic growth thanks to SEO onsite and backlinks acquisition ;
* You will manage SEA, on all appropriate channels (Adwords, Facebook Ads, Display, etc) ;
* You will be in charge of PR in collaboration with the CEO.
And if you like growth hacking techniques like the one we did for the French baccalaureate, we can have a good fit.
* Several years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEA, acquisition ;
* A previous job in startup is a plus ;
* Fluent English and French (another language would be a plus).
