Goals 2021: Enhancing the core product, starting new feature tribes, launching & scaling Personio Marketplace & integrations, Focus on Dev Excellence & Customer First, Doubling Tech+Product to +300 people (currently 7 tribes, +25 teams)

Build the engineering culture to deliver technical value and to become the best solution in Europe:

Hire, lead & coach 1-3 high-performance engineering teams: distributed & international

• +200 Kotlin/Go Microservices on AWS (some parts of the PHP legacy are left)
• Docker/Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform, Kafka, TDD, Scrum
• Cross-functional, impact-driven teams – „You-build-it-you-run-it“

YOU

• Willing to maximize the impact your way (autonomy & transparency is guaranteed)
• Strong organizational and entrepreneurial skills as (Software) Manager (min. +3 years)
• Experience with fast-growing environments and scalable cloud products
• Full understanding of SDLC best practices within a fast-paced startup culture
• Excellent feedback and English communication skills, German is a plus
