Head of Direct Sales EU (m/f)

We are looking for a high-performer to lead our European extension as Head of Direct Sales (m/f) in core EU markets.
You are an organizational talent with the drive to further develop existing processes, tools and people?

Qualifications

At least 5 years work experience, degree or equivalent skill set that touches some of these fields:

  • Experience in B2B sales of innovative technologies in an industry sector
  • Key Account Management experience and wide network within production and logistics
  • First leadership experience and experience in working with C-level clients
  • Business fluent in English, native Speaker in either Italian or French
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for our key EU markets (France, UK, Spain, Italy) as well as other EU countries
  • Key Account Management: Serving as a role model for the EU sales team by developing your own key account
  • Business Development: Further development of sales strategies, development of new markets and distribution channels
  • Disciplinary leadership of a team of Business Developers
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Sales negotiations with customers and partners and ProGlove’s representation at conferences and fairs
  • Track, analyze and communicate pipeline and business metrics to stakeholders
