Are you an experienced Head of CRM and an expert in the creative development and successful implementation of international CRM strategies?

Can you think your way into various target groups and are just brimming with creative outside-of-the-box ideas for increasing the activity, retention, and lifetime value of our customers?

Then I am looking for you !

On behalf of of my mobile gaming client in Hamburg I am looking to speak with experienced professionals with at least 5 years experience as the Head of CRM or Head of Marketing

Within this position you will become responsible for the communication with existing customers whilst leading the CRM team.

You will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and efficiency report of all CRM/social media and support measures with the goal of increasing the customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as customer recovery and become responsible for planning and maintaining the CRM budget
Defining and optimising processes with other departments and external service providers you will work closely together with them, and provide my clients players with an amazing experience.

The ideal CRM will have a high affinity for digital products and social media along with a strong analytical intellectual capacity and solution-orientated strength
Experience with CRM tools such as Optimove, etc. would be a big plus
