We're hiring a Growth Lead for a D2C subscription-based startup looking to 2x its headcount in 2024

The role will report to the Director of Growth and support the team in the ambitious growth plans. The Growth Lead will help drive the business's long-term growth through a nuanced approach to performance marketing focusing on Meta and Google.
You will :
- Manage Google and Meta and own the creative strategy for performance creative.
- Brief designers on ad creative, measure performance and iterate rapidly
- Lead the strategy for other acquisition channels, working closely with the Growth Manager
- Lead on insights and conversion rate optimisation
- Ensure transparent communication and efficient stakeholder management
You’ll have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in growth and / or performance marketing with a proven track record of execution in high-growth, fast-paced, and product-led businesses
- Deep and up-to-date understanding of how Meta works in the post-iOS14 world
- Experience setting up and optimising paid media campaigns
- High level of numeracy and the ability to dig into data and inform decision-making
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
