Description
As a Growth Hacker you specialize in developing, testing and executing marketing initiatives for Polish market.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with marketing and product team on promotional strategies and influencer marketing
- Use traditional and innovative marketing practices to fulfill marketing goals on Polish market
- Scale and automate the growth processes
- Oversee an organization's website and automation systems
- Evaluate website traffic and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion rates
- Work on offline stuff like - organise events, communicate with press etc
A little bit about you
- You have excellent technical abilities, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities
- You have a strong background in online and email marketing, as well as website management
- You have knowledge about referral marketing and you are able to create viral growth
- You are willing to learn and you have startup mindset
- You have editing and copywriting skills
- You also have knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
