About the job
Within LumApps, you will work directly with Pierre, the Growth Director and you will be responsible for technically deploying new strategies and optimizing existing processes to boost the performance of the entire Growth Team. You will play a key role in the success of the whole team and have direct impact in day-to-day business.
Ready to join ?
Maintaining and improving our outbound lead generation machine (n8n, js/python, API, no-codes tools)
Develop "in-house" web scrapers using python to gather specific data on prospects or for analysis
Tracking, data flows and dashboarding for the growth team (SQL, Python, DataStudio, BI) to help monitoring our KPIs Set up and improvement of various in-house tools to scale Inbound and Outbound acquisition Ad-hoc analysis (turnover, market shares, traffic, ) to find new opportunities
Expected Background and Skills
- Top Business or Engineering School with a strong envy to learn technical/data stuff
- First work experience in a start-up or a fast paced environment
- Good proficiency or knowledge of Python, SQL and JavaScript Data driven and result-oriented
- Enthusiastic and team-player
- Humility and a willingness to learn
- Autonomy
- Fluency in French & English
