HANDS HQ is quickly expanding, and is seeking a Graduate Sales Trainee to join the growing sales team and help accelerate growth!

HANDS HQ is looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Trainee who is keen to forge a career in business development in the exciting world of a tech start-up. The Graduate Sales Trainee will develop extensive experience in B2B sales prospecting and will become a master of understanding customer pains, objection handling, and generating a pipeline of valuable new business for our Account Executives.
To be successful in this role, the Graduate Sales Trainee will need to:

- Develop extensive knowledge of, and become confident in articulating HANDS HQ's products
- Book meetings with target prospects, nurture those not ready to convert with follow-up information
- Build up, contact and engage with a database of prospects via the phone, email and social selling
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on any prospects that you speak with
The right person will also:
- Be coachable, determined and results-focused
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to influence and reach decision makers
- Have a basic understanding of sales principles and methods
- Enjoy hitting and exceeding targets
