Global Growth Manager - Logistics Innovation (They/She/He)

We are looking for a passionate, strategic and action-oriented professional to build our global Logistics Innovation growth department. From the beginning, you will be owning the growth areas of our Logistics services and you will be expected to innovate by assessing opportunities in several countries and industries (restaurants, groceries, omnichannel retailers, independent workers, etc). Logistics services at Glovo include the Delivery Express service in our customer app, our GlovoBusiness webapp and the development of other self-service platforms for partners to use Glovo’s logistics assets (fleet, warehouses, etc). Glovo’s logistics service aims to be the #1 logistics option for any company that needs to send anything within their city.
As the Global Growth Manager, your goal is to work directly with the Global Head of Logistics Innovation to grow these services to their maximum potential, be their voice in the company, guide our product developments based on customer feedback and build & manage an omnichannel presence to support growth.
Be a part of a team where you will:

Define Glovo’s growth strategy and action plan for the Logistics Innovation services in alignment with Glovo’s overall growth strategy.

Have end-to-end responsibility on the growth areas in all the countries for Logistics Innovation services: user acquisition, retention, frequency and reputation.

Be part of the Global Logistics Innovation team, the team owning the global Logistics P&L.

You will interact with several stakeholders within the Growth teams, namely all functions in HQ (Web & Mobile Acquisition, Retargeting and CRM) and local marketing teams (Regional Marketing Directors and Country Heads of Marketing).

Manage and optimise the global Logistics Innovation growth budget, showing a strong understanding of both the local landscapes & global strategy and defining the right channel mix

Track and monitor KPIs providing the appropriate visibility to all stakeholders

Define promotional, pricing and point of sale strategies for each customer segment (e,g, SMEs, individual customers).

Perform UX research in order to understand the right features that need to be developed by our engineering team. Coordinate with product on the product requests and obtain results for business cases to justify the development of new features.

Understand local media landscape and define a right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC targets.

Identify and build the right mix of growth channels, from a telesales team in several markets to performance marketing adapted to specific customer segments, e.g. scalable channels for micro companies vs. a more dedicated approach for medium companies.
You have:

Bachelor's degree - emphasis in business or marketing.

3-4 years of growth and / or project management experience in a tier 1 company

Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. Coding skills (SQL, Python) are a plus.

Experienced budgeting and executing integrated marketing campaigns / marketing automation

World-class consumer understanding skills

Comfortable working in ultra fast-paced environments and dealing with high complex business challenges

International Marketing experience is a plus
