Your responsibilities:

You will be in the driver seat for each launch, which means you will ensure to open up the market in all relevant business topics: Real Estate, Business Travelers, Marketing and Partnerships

You shall build up your expansion teams (either in the country or as a division in the HQ) and lead it by the KPIs you and our founders defined beforehand

You are responsible for the expansion strategy of Homelike

You will set the strategy by analysing markets and make decisions on that data
The perfect candidate brings along:

At least a couple of years experience in one of the top strategy consultancies with expansion focus or you have even built up you own startup with an expansion relevant business model

Extremly strong analytical background in a combination of sales-driven personality and the hunger to open up a new market

Willingness to be based in Cologne and travel frequently within Europe

Absolutely fluent in English and a big plus would be German or another European language 😉
