What you'll do ?
As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you'll play a crucial role in the tech team.
- You will ensure the software is scalable and high-quality, leading the charge in technical excellence.
- Your role will involve making strategic build vs. buy decisions and architecting solutions that drive the business forward.
- You'll engage with users to prioritize features and ensure impactful changes.
Additionally, you’ll oversee data flow across the integrated systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements :
We are looking for someone with experience in a post-Seed stage tech startup, who has managed and hired team members. You should have a strong knowledge of security, GDPR, and agile practices.
- Proficiency in Javascript, Python, PHP, and SQL is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills will help you succeed in this role.
