Sentimoto is looking for a talented full-stack software engineer to join our team as one of the first employees and to drive the company products development. Our plan is to offer our services to thousands of people around the UK and worldwide, so we are looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual with a prior experience of building commercial solutions with thousands of users. Job description
The candidate will work in a direct contact with the CTO and the UX Lead, and will be responsible for development and continuous improvement of our web application. This application will be used by the Sentimoto team internally, but also by our business clients to configure the behaviour of mobile app, and shall interact with various third-party services (information providers).
Qualifications
- 3+ years relevant work experience of web development (both backend and frontend) using Node.JS and JavaScript, as well as Python;
- Knowledge of 3-rd party APIs and a capability to define your own;
- Detailed understanding of client-server architecture, deep knowledge of AWS services and service reliability;
- Knowledge of Parse mobile backend and Node.JS;
- Knowledge of Python;
- Experience working with and developing (M)BaaS solutions;
- Experience and knowledge of big data technologies is a significant plus;
- Passionate about working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth company;
- Proactive, innovative, creative, responsible and organised;
