• Design Mastery: Craft user-centric interfaces that delight and drive efficiency and productivity across our clients.
• Dashboard Innovator: Your experience in dashboard design is fundamental, helping us visualize complex data intuitively.
• Technical Virtuoso: Use your advanced skills in front-end development to breathe life into your designs and ensure they're not only visually stunning but also technically robust.

Please remember the following requirements for this position:

• Design Excellence: A portfolio that speaks louder than words, showcasing your flair for design, intuitive layouts, and user-centric solutions.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in React (Typescript) or other comparable frameworks is a must. Experience with responsive design and mobile web development (web/app based) is a beneficial.
• User Research Enthusiast: Demonstrated ability to conduct meaningful user research and usability testing, translating findings into actionable design decisions.
• CRM/WFM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM/WFM systems is a plus. We're looking for someone who grasps the complexities of business operations and can design solutions that address them.
• Ambitious Innovator: We admire bold thinkers who are not afraid to push boundaries and propose ideas that might be the next big thing in design.
