Tasks
YOUR ROLE:
- You will take ownership of various strategic projects
- You will project-manage various processes end-to-end (eg, recruiting, acquisition, fundraising)
- You will develop financial models with the detailed support from our specialists
- You will perform research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, etc.
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
- Self-motivated individual with a track record of over-delivering and proactive problem-solving
- Work experience in demanding environments like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups
- Passion for private equity and M&A is required
- Strong analytical, research, and business development skills with a hands-on mentality
- High fluency in Microsoft Office
- Deep interest/background in tech startups is a plus
- Experience conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, etc. is a plus
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Positive, structured, and driven young leader
- Studied/studying at a top-tier university, ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field
- High fluency in English & German is required Based in Berlin preferred, but remote work is possible
- Ability to commit to at least a 6 month full-time internship or longer-term working student position
