As a Founder Associate (Product), you will work directly with our Product Founder and contribute to the development and success of our device steering, monitoring, and management platform.
This role will allow you to grow your technical and product management skills while making a tangible impact on the global push for COâ‚‚ neutrality.
Tasks:
- Product Expertise: You’ll be expected to develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and the technical landscape around it, including device compatibility and API functionalities. You will become the go-to person for internal and external product knowledge.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Participate in technical standups and discussions to ensure that product and customer needs are being addressed by the development team. Help translate customer feedback into technical requirements and support feature development.
- Design & Mockups: Assist in creating mockups and wireframes in Figma to visualize new features and product improvements.
- Customer Support & Onboarding: Support customers in rolling out our product by helping them navigate API authentication, our API endpoints, and providing ongoing assistance. Collect and synthesize feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Help create and update product documentation to ensure clarity and accessibility for customers.
- Reporting: Generate reports for customers, such as connected device stats and user analytics. Basic SQL skills will be useful in this task.
Requirements:
- Technical Background: An engineering degree from a top school is preferred. Ideally, you have a solid technical understanding, especially of APIs, devices like heat pumps or inverters, and basic coding or scripting abilities.
- Communication: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Quick Learner: You can quickly grasp new technical concepts and apply them effectively.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and translating feedback into actionable product improvements.
- SQL Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL is beneficial for generating customer reports and analyzing and visualizing data.
- Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex product issues.
- Team Player: You’re eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success.
