Responsibilities
Development and implementation of the company's financial strategy focused on the B2B segment
Building and controlling budgets, financial planning, and forecasting cash flows
Analysis of key metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention) and formation of recommendations for growth
Managing financial operations: revenue, expenses, taxation
Maintaining financial reports
Optimization of financial processes and implementation of automation (integration of CRM, payment systems, BI tools.
Managing relationships with coaches, contractors, and partners in the financial sector.
Scaling support and preparing the project for attracting investments
Requirements
Experience in the position of CFO (Financial Director) for one year, preferably in online education, EdTech, and consulting for B2B services.
Understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and management accounting
Knowledge of financial metrics and KPIs in the B2B segment (CAC, LTV, ARPU, etc.)
Experience with contractual and tax documentation (in Estonia), understanding the specifics of working with legal entities.
Skills in building and automating financial reporting
Knowledge of business English.
