YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
Within the Finance Performance department, you will plan, coordinate and drive Finance Performance projects in line with our business priorities.
BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

Drive Finance Performance projects in order to constantly improve our processes, deliverables and user experience of our internal customers

Manage priorities and coordinate resources to deliver high value frequently

Secure deadlines
-
Manage relationships with stakeholders
-
Oversee project documentation
-
Design project risk mitigation strategies
-
Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff

Be self-sufficient to build, measure and test solutions. Pivot fast when needed
YOU HAVE:
-
3 to 5 years of experience managing projects in Finance and/or Accounting
-
Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
-
Ability to find innovative solutions
-
Capable of adjusting priorities
-
Ability to stay focused and achieve results in a hyper growth environment
-
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
-
Great team player and hands-on
-
Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks
