    YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:

    Within the Finance Performance department, you will plan, coordinate and drive Finance Performance projects in line with our business priorities.

    BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

    • Drive Finance Performance projects in order to constantly improve our processes, deliverables and user experience of our internal customers
    • Manage priorities and coordinate resources to deliver high value frequently
    • Secure deadlines
    • Manage relationships with stakeholders
    • Oversee project documentation
    • Design project risk mitigation strategies
    • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
    • Be self-sufficient to build, measure and test solutions. Pivot fast when needed

    YOU HAVE:

    • 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects in Finance and/or Accounting
    • Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
    • Ability to find innovative solutions
    • Capable of adjusting priorities
    • Ability to stay focused and achieve results in a hyper growth environment
    • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
    • Great team player and hands-on
    • Obsessed with continuous improvements, delivering value and allergic to manual tasks
