What we are looking for
We are looking for a Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join us at the soonest possible date in Munich, Germany. Working with world-class engineers, business colleagues and designers in our brand-new design office in Munich, you will be responsible for further developing our finance setup.
Your Responsibilities
• Build up our finance department
• Set up automated, controllable and scalable processes for billing with insurances, doctors and pharmacies
• Responsible for company-wide BI
• Investor Reporting & internal reporting
• Fundraising together with TeleClinic CEO
• Create and drive the internal controlling and budget structures, incl. planning, monitoring and executing the annual and monthly budget process Preparation of Board Meeting
• Prepare and improve our forecasting processes (e.g. cash, financials, users)
• Accountable for cash management, accounting processes and the creation of month-end and year-end reports
Your Profile
• You have at least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting or controlling – preferably in a startup
• You are goal-driven and have experience working with KPIs
• You have profound knowledge of finance and accounting
• You can manage multiple stakeholders
• You like to take the initiative and have a hands-on mentality
• You develop a high sense of responsibility for your work field and details
• Very good English skills as well as a high level of teamwork
