Looking for a results-driven Sales Representative seeking an opportunity to join an international leading company in the tech sector.
In Switzerland it's still a start-up.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships in the market, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Your tasks:
- Join client visits with other team members
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with clients
- Gather valuable customer insights by being the voice of the customer, actively listening and engaging with them at every opportunity.
- Conduct informative sessions for current and potential employees to promote the value proposition of the company
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to reach out to potential or newly signed-up members and introduce them to the benefits of the organization
- Manage the on-boarding process and provide support to people through the sign-up process
Your Profile :
- Commercial studies, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- German Native and English Fluent
- Ideally previous experience in sales
- Client-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and highly self-autonomous
