    As an Expansion Jr Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in the Glovo Expansion team. You will be directly responsible to develop your region by establishing, building and maintaining good relationships between our partners and our company. You will be liaising with the most highly regarded brands, stores, and restaurants in your city and you will play a key role in coordinating the efforts of the organization to develop your region.

    Be a part of a team where you will:

    • Work hard with your team, helping and guiding them during difficult negotiations to close important deals with top chains but also smaller partners.
    • Ensure that your team keeps their pipeline updated on a daily basis, while always maintaining great good vibes.
    • Support the Expansion Lead with key performance indicator analysis and by being proactive by identifying areas for improvement for sales team performance.
    • Meet monthly team objectives defined by the Expansion Lead.
    • Be responsible for the entire sales process with new partners to source and negotiate the best products in your city to deliver to our customers.
    • Identify the most trendy establishments in each city in categories such as restaurants, snacks, fashion, cosmetics, electronics, florists, you name it! We are the everything app after all.

    You have:

    • Experience in people and account management Experience in sales Preferably experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or other fast-paced/high growth companies.
    • Effective English written and communication skills.
    • You take accountability and are determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small.
    • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to convince and persuade. You don’t take no for an answer.
    • Organized and detail-oriented Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
