Your responsibilities
- Build digital products and an environment where they flourish
- Evaluate new product and business models for internal and external customers
- Conduct market research and trend analysis
- Create an efficient economic model and business plan for new ventures, products and services
- Collaborate with product experts, designers and clients to define a minimum viable business build
- Establish a data-driven decision-making and reporting for the ventures based on KPIs
- Develop an environment that fosters new initiatives based on objectives and hypotheses
Your profile
- Academic background in science, technology engineering or mathematics (STEM) or business
- Several years of experience within venture development in a corporation, or founding and managing a start-up, in consulting, a company builder or accelerator
- Economically successful launch of a B2C-product is advantageous
- Analytical mindset interested in technology in the digital health and MedTech business
- Experienced in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration for teams
- Very good in communicating to different audiences in German and English
