Enterprise Sales Manager - Germany - DACH

Henderson Scott are currently partnered with one of the hottest Pre-IPO Cyber OT security vendors on the market.

Due to huge successes within the company, the team are growing their DACH / EMEA Sales teams to bring on net new business.

I am looking for an experienced CyberSecurity Sales Manager to join their fast growing DACH / EMEA team.

Responsibilities :

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a go to market strategy for the DACH / EMEA region for direct and channel customers.
  • Identity new business opportunities.
  • Manage entire sales processes.
  • Leverage your CISO connections.
  • Ability to work at a fast paced and dynamic business.

Requirements :

  • It is essential that you have 5+ years sales experience within the cyber security domain at a Cyber vendor.
  • Domain experience in OT Security is a massive benefit OR selling into relevant verticals such as Automotive, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Chemical and others.
  • Hands on approach to building out the territory from scratch - Good C level connections.
  • Proven successes in achieving / over achieving quotas.
  • Start-up experience is beneficial.
  • Experience of working with medium / large enterprise companies.
  • Leadership capabilities.
