Your tasks
•As an Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) you will be responsible to overlook, plan and maintain the stability and scalability of the whole RatePAY IT landscape
•That includes both the application and the infrastructure layer for both the product platform and the corporate IT
•You will be a member of the IT leadership team and report directly to the CTO
•You will be leading the Architecture Board, which includes:
- Own, develop and spread the IT strategy
- Discuss, negotiate and set guidelines together with the teams responsible for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, DBA, Infrastructure Administration, Incident & Problem Management, Information Security and Compliance
- Own and drive the documentation and graphical representation of the IT landscape, heat maps and technical debt, drive the depletion of technical debt
•Together with the Compliance-, Risk-, and the Security Manager you drive the prioritization and implementation of regulatory requirements within the IT departments
•You are a communication interface between business and IT and a guide for both on related topics
Requirements
•You have many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems
•You have the ability to make and communicate sound recommendations and decisions
•You drive change by using your capability to think “out of the box” and challenge the status quo in dealing with problems and opportunities
•You have strong leadership and communication skills
•At least 5 years of experience in the field of enterprise or software architecture with strong evidence of business understanding
•You have completed your studies in (business) computer science, mathematics or a comparable degree
•Background in Financial Services, ideally with Payments domain expertise
•Good German and very good English language skills
