We are excited to be working with a VC-backed HRTech scale-up looking to hire an exceptional Enterprise Account Manager into their London headquarters.
Funded by high-profile backers, they continue to invest heavily in their teams in 2024 following their Series B fundraise in 2023, and see now as the perfect time to level-up their account growth team.
As Enterprise Account Manager you will work closely with a team of customer success managers, operating in a highly commercial role owning renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within high-value enterprise accounts.
This hire will ideally spend 2 or 3 days a week in-person with the rest of the account growth team in London.
As Enterprise Account Manager you will :
- Own client renewals, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals through proactive client engagement.
- Maximise net revenue retention (NRR), developing and implementing strategies for proactive client engagement and relationship management.
- Expand key accounts, identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain enterprise client relationships, building and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure client satisfaction, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate across teams, working with internal teams for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Stay informed, keeping up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices.

- You are a commercially minded Account Manager with plenty of experience growing enterprise accounts.
- You have a track record of success in the B2B SaaS world, achieving exceptional account growth at another startup or scale-up.
- You are a natural relationship-builder, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- You pride yourself on your communication and presentation skills and always bring a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
