Hally have recently started a new engagement with an early stage SaaS start-up in Europe, to help find their first outbound Sales team on the ground in Germany. This organisation provide a software solution for Talent Management in the Enterprise workplace, and are aiming for the crucial $100mn ARR threshold within the next 4 years. After their recent Series A funding and several years spent in R&D, they are now looking to recruit the first Account Executives and Sales Engineers in Munich.
We’re looking for highly energetic, ambitious individuals who want to work in a fast-moving environment, building something from scratch, with a flair for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
This Enterprise AE will be focusing on hunting and farming of cross-vertical Industry customers across the DACH region, targeting direct-touch Sales and working closely with an extensive partner and alliances network. For the right candidate, there will be significant growth opportunities internally and the chance to build a Sales team around them in the future.
Ideal Candidate profile:
· Minimum 3-5 years field sales experience with a software company
· Preferable background selling disruptive SaaS products
· High energy personality with a hunter mentality
· Fluent German speaker
· Demonstrable experience of new logo wins & 6-figure ACV deals
· Strong academic background
· Start-up mentality who is not afraid to take risks and challenges
· Desired experience working with a structured sales methodology e.g MEDDIC
