Electronics Engineer

Your responsibilities are

  • Design the digital, power and flex PCBs in our chargers
  • Select appropriate components according to performance and availability
  • Implementation of electromechanical components in collaboration with the team
  • Population, bringup and testing of prototype PCBs
  • Design for large scale manufacture and testing
  • Drive creative solutions and the generation of intellectual property

The requirements for this role are

  • Empathetic towards your colleagues with a collaborative mindset
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in electronics design
  • Comfortable working with little oversight and independent decision-making
  • Previously contributed to bring an electronics projects to mass production
  • Previous design and bring-up of MCU or Linux-based MPU systems
  • Comfortable with power switching, measuring, connecting and routing
  • Comfortable to populate a PCB and use lab equipment
  • Previous involvement in testing and certification for EMI and EMV
  • Fluent in a professional ECAD software package
  • Fluent in spoken and written English

Additionally we would be excited if you have

  • Experience with DDR memory routing
  • Experience with high density BGA/CSP fanout
  • Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the role
  • Experience with consumer electronic products
  • A keen interest in electro-mobility
  • Fluent in Altium Designer
  • Working-level in German
