We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Designer (UI & UX) to take over the design journey of some of our products, and namely our customer facing interfaces and journeys.

You will work alongside designers, software developers, product managers & data analysts to support our teams in increasing customer satisfaction, smoothening the experience of buying and selling real-estate as well as optimizing our conversion rates all across our website. Digital Product Designer (m/f) For this position we need a person with prominent experience within User Interface Design, with a taste for web-design and solid prototyping skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing great UI for our products Ideating, formulating hypothesis and rapidly testing them to validate your understanding of our customer's pain points
  2. Monitoring user behaviour through various digital intelligence, analytics systems and help to optimize the client experience
  3. Conducting studies, analyses and user tests
  4. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Marketing to identify and deliver key experiences, while balancing continuous improvement of existing product
  5. Mentoring junior product designers and improve internal processes

Job requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years experience in the field of UI/UX Digital Product Design or Web-design
  • Fluent in English, and French & German
  • Wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping skills (proficiency in using Figma or any other product design tool)
  • An ability to express ideas visually through mock-ups, mid-fidelity prototypes, sketching or other methods of choice
  • The ability to take ownership of our design processes and work as a self-directed member of the product team
  • Detail-oriented  critical thinker A strong capacity to prioritise and to know how to properly allocate your time
  • Understanding of the balance between UX and UI / visual design
  • Feeling comfortable in planning, preparing and facilitating workshops not only internally but also with clients users

Bonus points Experience in working remotely in decentralized teams Knowledge of Figma Frontend development experience or basic knowledge of a programming lan..
