Description
Performance / Digital Marketing Manager
A start-up EdTech in the UK is looking to hire a Performance / Digital Marketing Manager. This role is remote, but candidates must live in the UK, and sponsorship is not on offer, unfortunately.
The whole business meets every 2-3 months, and this is mandatory for everyone. However, as employees range from being based in Scotland down to the South Coast, the Midlands is the usual haunt.
Teams within the business can meet outside of that as often as needed.
Unlike most advertised job requirements, the ideal person doesn't need to have absolutely everything listed. Of course, if you do have everything, you're in pole position, but you also have to fit in with the ethos and the culture.
By the hiring manger's own admission, "we hire on overall fit, not just skillset". How refreshing is that!?
