The Role
As the Digital Performance Manager, you will manage the media agency’s performance across PPC, Affiliates, Digital PR, and SEO.
You will monitor & optimize daily performance across current digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily and weekly performance using platform and GA4 data (conversion, acquisition, and spend vs targets), and suggest optimisations.
- Influence the digital media agency daily on performance.
- Manage the strategic channel roadmaps ensuring new technology, beta products, and testing AI are fully utilised.
- Oversee and suggest optimisations of campaigns through the full breadth of tools and technologies on offer.
- Hands-on management of the performance channels' day-to-day activities, in collaboration with the digital agency.
- Leverage data and insights from 3rd party agencies to support acquisition growth targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing across digital channels PPC, Affiliates, Digital PR, SEO.
- Comfortable with digital platforms including Google Ads, SEO tools, GA4. YouTube, SA360, Display 360, etc.
- Analytical and data-driven approach, with a high attention to detail and deadline management skills.
- Excellent communication & collaborative ability.
- Up-to-date understanding of industry and technical developments.
