Context around the position:

  • In today's world, our markets are increasingly more fragmented, and our consumers more demanding. 
  • We need to transform our Marketing to collectively improve our operational effectiveness, while we engage our consumers more deeply with the development of quicker and more impactful innovation, the activation of sharper digital plans, and the creation of breakthrough and award-winning brand and product storytelling .
  • The latter especially requires a strong consumer centric approach, with a deeper knowledge of local consumer insights and cultural trends, so that our communication can resonate more deeply.

For this reason, two new Brand Company Functions are being created, located in Drive markets (markets representative of a strategic consumer archetype for the brand), to ensure the development of exceptional brand and product communications: Creative Content Managers (content development) and Market Activation Managers (market coordination and broadcast).

Position purpose:

  • The Digital Engagement Brand Manager will lead all digital-related activities for our brands within the Brand Engagement Team.
  • This includes creating a holistic digital strategy that maps the entire Connect to Continue experience the brands will deliver.
  • Then, this role is also responsible for executing, in close collaboration with Brands

The main responsibilities are:

  • Develop the 12-month Brand Engagement programs, ensuring the Brand strategy is translated into consumer-facing programming: Project Management for Innovation (Metaverse, NFT, NFC, Augmented Reality, etc.)
  • Phydigital experiences in collaboration with the markets
  • Lead all SEO-related activities, namely technical optimizations and content improvement / release.
  • Plan overall website strategy, with clear sitemap structure, feature roadmap / user stories and release plan.
  • Ensure consumer-first approach to developing the brand website through smooth UX and navigation.
  • Ensure KPI's from HQ has been accomplished from BrandCo and MaketCo, monitore and challenge to achieve 100% digital objectives for Martell.
  • Lead the development of all CRM and Loyalty strategies, and oversee execution of programs deployed by the markets
  • Coordinate the development of e-mail creative, triggers, content planning with Markets, E-CRM Team at HQ & design and creative agencies
  • Identify and document industry best practices and new platform features to support the markets to develop innovation.

The required profile is

Graduate degree in business / Digital Marketing with 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience.

Experience in Media:

  • E-Commerce is a strong plus
  • Experience driving technology-related projects, namely website launches, is a plus
  • Experience building and executing loyalty-related engagement programs is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Know how to manage agencies, internal coaches,
  • Excellent communicator with internal and external stakeholders
