Analyst – Marketing automation technology, you will work in a global, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and problems, identify potential solutions, and define business requirements for a successful implementation of data-driven, personalized digital marketing at global scale.

What does the role involve?
As a Digital Business Analyst – Marketing automationtechnology, you define business requirements and recommend solutions in theform of features/epics, user stories, and other document artifacts.
You act as a proxy for the business throughout the planning, development,testing, and release activities to ensure that business requirements aredelivered at the intersection of our customer data platform, marketingautomation solution and automated performance intelligence.
You create clear and concise documentation to represent a business process or youspecify a solution using common modeling techniques, making sure that detailsare clearly captured and scope is defined.
You will identify, quantify, document, analyze, prioritize, monitor and groom requirementsto facilitate behavioral marketing campaigns development and their subsequent globaldeployment.
Working in global cross-functional teams, you act as a liaison between businessowners, data engineers, data scientists, performance managers, Salesforcesolution-/ and technical architects, as well as global IT enterprise architects.
With Engagement Marketing we are actively reshaping the concepts of marketing and sales at Hilti in the future. And if it were not enough, this will all happen from a truly global Digital Marketing and Sales team, located in a world-class office in Paris/ Boulogne-Billancourt.

What you need is:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, including knowledge of business analytics via automated queries in SAP
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent marketing automation suites) and a high-level understanding of data engineering and data science principles
- Demonstrated systems thinking, with an ability to solve problems with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) to translate articulated business needs into crisp technical requirements maintained over time
- Experience working in scrum & agile frameworks, including working tools (e.g. Jira)
