As the Design Thinking Strategist, in the Continuous Innovation Community, you will work closely with stakeholders in upskilling Sage colleagues with the required capabilities around Innovation, Design Thinking, and rapid experimentation - as we evolve the Community to become a world-recognized Business Accelerator program. Also, you will coach & mentor key roles on the process of applying Design Thinking to generate 10x breakthroughs, in their thinking and business. You are expected to become a global expert and role-model on Design Thinking and Business Innovation.Responsabilidades principalesMain responsibilities:
Provide advice and expertise to shape the adoption do Design Thinking at Sage
Drive and evolve the 10x Innovation Growth program, to all Sage colleagues
Enhance the needed mindset & behaviours, from Leaders to Knowledge-workers
Collaborate with Leaders to ensure a coordinated growth in Innovation maturity
Leverage our existing experience in Design Thinking practices & tools
Enable a systemic culture of Rapid Experimentation and Business Innovation
Facilitate key Design Thinking workshops, across the business
Promote professional-level resources to drive the usage of Design Thinking
Report and correlate improvements with Business impact
Mentor and coach our organization on Design Thinking and Business Innovation
Grow a community of organic trainings, mentors, and coaches
You'd be perfect for this role if you have:
Great communication, organization, and coaching skills
Engaging teacher and mentor; while modelling values & principles
Top customer relations skills and focused on customer experience
Willing to learn and not being scared of pivoting, continuously
Curious and creative, while performance and results-oriented
Being relentless in pursuit of growth, with a startup mindset
Demonstrated knowledge in applying Design Thinking in complex projects
Nice to have:
Experience with storyboards, human-centric flows, prototypes & testing methods
Data-driven, with clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
Social and understanding of users’ behaviour
