Your role:
- You help build Insify, and you work on setting up the Customer Interaction Crew.
- You ensure that Insify customers have a fantastic customer experience.
- We want to insure as it should be: helpful, friendly, honest and personal!
- You think along about shaping our customer experience and customer support.
- Together we take the customer experience to an industry unprecedented level.
As a Customer Support Specialist you are responsible for:
- Supporting customers via email, chat and phone
- Constantly improving our customer experience
- Exceeding customer expectations with fantastic service
- Participating in product and process improvement from a customer perspective
Your profile:
- An extremely good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- You are ambitious, customer-friendly, eager to learn and have excellent communication skills
- Hands-on approach, accurate in execution of work
- Independent working attitude
- You enjoy working in a team
- Full time available
