Your responsibilities:
  • You will find independent solutions for all problems that arise with our customers and you will support them with words and deeds

  • You will be in direct contact with our existing and new customers

  • You take care of all complaints from our customers

  • You are responsible for our international customer concerns

  • You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process (by telephone and e-mail)

The perfect candidate brings along:
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem

  • Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features

  • Professional experience in customer service / after sales / etc.

  • You speak fluent German and English, French and/or Spanish
