Your responsibilities:

You will find independent solutions for all problems that arise with our customers and you will support them with words and deeds

You will be in direct contact with our existing and new customers

You take care of all complaints from our customers

You are responsible for our international customer concerns

You are the contact person for national and international customers following the booking process (by telephone and e-mail)
