Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative individual who finds the motivation in helping others.

It will be your responsibility to take care of our growing community and provide support to those who need you.

Some of the things you'll do :

  • Provide word class customer support across all our channels.
  • Grow and develop our social media community by answering user questions, engaging users and being a helpful and friendly guide.
  • Gain deep insights by speaking with our Community to inform our product and content roadmap.
  • We are a high-performance team and we run the company like a professional football team.

About you :

  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills
  • A hustler mindset and an interest in startups

Bonus points :

  • Experience with Crisp (or similar - Intercom, Zendesk..)
  • Experience with technical support

Our process :

1) Phone call with Edoardo

2) Take-home test

3) 2nd call with Edoardo & a member of the team

4) Onsite interview with Edoardo & Antonio

To facilitate communication, productivity and speed, we work from the office Monday to Friday and this is not a hybrid role.
