This is a key role for the business as first impressions really count - we need someone who is going to live and breathe our product to help our customers grow their business quickly.

Joining the newly formed Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our new and existing clients receive the best possible customer service. You’ll do this by owning customer relationships, resolving day to day enquiries and helping new customers through the on-boarding process.

Working closely with the Sales, Operations and Risk teams, you'll be supporting CEOs, Founders and Finance Directors at growing UK businesses across a range of sectors as they use our platform.

This role brings the opportunity to develop your business acumen by learning about various business models and their funding requirements, as well as giving you exposure to both the Sales and Operations teams of a fast-growing Fintech company.

As the Customer Success team has only just been formed, this is a crucial role for us, you will get to play a big part in forming the culture and success of that team, while developing your own skills and experience.


•Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
•Provide brilliant day-to-day customer service, including investigating and answering queries from clients.
•Work closely with the Risk and Operations team to help our customers access funds as smoothly as possible.
•Work closely with the Sales team to help our new customers get onboarded easily.
•Qualify leads for our business loan product.
•Work with the Account Management and Risk teams to ensure our customers have access to the best products to suit their needs.
•Help shape our product based on customer feedback.
•Predominantly work with customers over the phone and by email, with the opportunity to meet customers face to face where the need arises.



•You have strong interpersonal skills and are confident conducting business on the phone and over email.
•You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating positive and engaged relationships.
•Experience working in a relevant client facing / customer service role in the financial sector would be desirable.
•You understand invoice finance and the benefits it bring to our customers, with a passionate for learning more.
•You are a natural networker, with the desire to meet new people, learn and share knowledge with the business.
•You are passionate about delivering great customer service and feel strongly about making the customer voice heard!
•You pitch-in and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
•You understand the difference between good customer service and outstanding customer service.
•You relish a big challenge.
•You work hard and are motivated by achieving great results.
