Join Humanoo as a Customer Success Manager (f / m / d) France in our Paris office to scale our digital engagement platform to the next level!

Your mission in a nutshell: Through your proactive and data-driven approach you will build strong relationships with our customers, develop a deep understanding of their needs and support them in successfully implementing Humanoo throughout their organization.

Our Customer Success Team is working very closely with our clients, ensuring a top-notch experience from onboarding to subscription renewal.

Our teams are based in Berlin and Paris, and each member is responsible for the satisfaction and success of his or her customer portfolio.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • You will manage a portfolio of B2B Key Accounts and be responsible for the retention and growth of your accounts.
  • Create a long-lasting partnership by providing your tech expertise and acting as a trusted long-term partner for your clients
  • You develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs and ensure your customer's KPIs are met
  • You define a successful collaboration strategy with your customers, ensuring regular touchpoints and demonstrating proactive attitude

Together with the client, you create a roadmap for the facilitation of the HUMANOO app (notifications, messages, challenges,. to support the implementation and integration of the service within the company.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or similar field
  • You bring in strong communication skills in French and English
  • You are analytical and can identify trends and make predictions based on data
  • You understand and take ownership of the objectives to be achieved within a limited timeframe and demonstrate autonomy and determination
  • You are passionate about understanding your customers and helping them succeed
  • You know how to negotiate, anticipate commercial discussions, take action to maintain a quality portfolio (contractual discussions, negotiating the implementation of commercial tools, etc.)
