    We’re on the lookout for a Customer Development Executive to lead our customers throughout their first 90 days of using Blueprint.

    This is a key hire with large responsibility that we would hope would grow into a long-term manager of our Customer Development team as we scale globally.

    - enabling brands and creators to sell inside SMS and WhatsApp.

    Blueprint is now launching to a global waitlist having been in development for 12 months.

    This is a new position at Blueprint working directly with our sales and marketing team.

    The role would focus on taking a customer right through from requesting access, product demos, and set-up, to providing world-class support and on-going resources to enable the best use of the product.

    You will be: Booking and leading live demos for customers that request early access Getting a customer set-up using Blueprint Providing relevant resources and case-studies to enable the best use of Blueprint for their specific use-case Provide world-class support across all customers Reviewing customers use of the product and optimising through support, resources, and product development The role: We’re based in East London (Bethnal Green) but will accept flexi-office hours.
