Within ATR Customer support & services directorate, you will join the Customer Services department, where you will start up a new product and services offering. Part of an agile and dynamic team, you will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders (each respective business lines, services sales directors, etc…) with an objective to develop and implement new services that provide significant value to our Airline customers.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
The jobholder reports operationally and functionally to the Head of Customer Services. The position is based in Toulouse, wit trip to visit Customers, Suppliers and ATR offices in Miami and Singapore The jobholders is leading a multi-function team involving: the commercial team, the business lines: Global Maintenance Agreement “GMA” (the ATR “ material services program), Spares, upgrades, Tech data, Working Parties, CAMO, etc…The operations and supply chain
The jobholder is accountable to actively manage the creation implementation and industrialization of a global business development plan and a digital roadmap for customer services :Short and long term Marketing plan Offer design and pricing Services architecture and integration Business modelling· Expected outcomes Customer satisfaction Revenue & value generation
SKILLS
- Team player and strong ability to collaborate with numerous and diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to take initiatives and challenge the status quo
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Appetite for new technologies and digital solutions
- Project management 5 to 10 years’ experience in aviation industry, with proven knowledge in Customer services / airline operations
- Fluent English. French and Italian are a plus
