The Free2Move ecosystem, is a family of enterprise-level services, websites and mobile apps from a big French automotive group, created and maintained with modern technologies. Free2Move enables the users to see cars from major carsharing providers in their area, find the closest one, compare offers and book the best fit. Our users save time and money on single-signup and registration for all providers in one app. We are building on more partnerships and rapidly expand into new markets.
And that's where you come into play: We are looking for you as a Junior Customer Service Specialist (m/f)
- Answering user requests about our product via email or social media
- Being the link between our users and our product managers
- Taking proactive actions to improve our product, team and company
- Shaping the product communication towards the user
- Gathering user feedback, reporting to different teams and processing this together to improve our customer service
- Testing app functionality/features according to user feedback
- Shape user feedback into product features
- You speak German and Spanish on a native level with fluent English skills
- You love customer contact and thrive on making your customers and colleagues happy
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- You can work independently and make your own plan to achieve team and company goals
- Your core strengths are solving problems and easily understanding end-customer´s needs
- You have first experience working in a customer facing environment
- You are a team player and enjoy working as part of a group
