    Description: The Chillery is Europe’s leading CBD wellness ecommerce destination. We educate and provide guidance on CBD and its wellness benefits and provide a highly curated product offering to reach an elevated daily routine. 

    The Chillery is looking for a rockstar Customer Service Representative to successfully own and drive the experience with one of the most important relationships in our company - our customers! You will be the primary contact by email and live chat for customer inquiries about our products, brand and CBD inquiries. We are a lean team and ambitious start-up, looking for proactive self-starters displaying the highest level of motivation with a team player mentality.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Own customer service: Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand
    • Provide a stellar customer experience: Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and brand; follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
    • Communicate effectively: Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
    • Ensure seamless orders: Assist customers with online orders and after-sales support as needed; deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics team; follow-up on orders and shipping as required

    What we are looking for:

    • Quick learner: With the ability to absorb extensive information on our brand, product offerings and CBD industry
    • Superb communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, great email etiquette and elevated speech
    • Takes initiative: Proactive personality and demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task 
    • Detail-oriented and thorough: Superb attention to detail, personal organization and excellent planning  skills 
    • Team player: Able to develop great relations with co-workers

    What you’ll have:

    • Native english speaker (strict requirement)
    • 2 years of professional experience in ecommerce 
    • Second language a plus (German or other European language)
    • Passion for the wellness industry and healthy lifestyle
