Our partners in Spain are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join their young and dynamic teams.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Engaging with customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Identify and respond to customer needs
- Build and maintain client loyalty, satisfaction, and success
- Manage the CRM to collect and update information
- Settle payments, invoices
- Be involved in office projects, quotes, and ongoing developments and improvements of the office
Requirements:
- Great communication skills .
- Understanding of how CRM systems work.
- Experience working with customers will be a plus.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Attentive to detail and well organized.
Benefits:
- 200-400€/monthly remuneration.
