Tagvenue, a UK based event tech start-up, is looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven person to help our clients find the right venues in London, and manage the revenue generation part of the business. Key responsibilities:
- Accepting and processing incoming client calls and email communication
- Learning about the client's venue needs and finding the perfect venue for our clients
- Enquiring with our venue partners about their availability and pricing (over the phone and email)
- Keeping track of all enquiries received and their progress
- Deliver first-class customer service
